子宫瘢痕妊娠再次剖宫产的整体护理效果观察

Observation of Holistic Nursing Effect of Cesarean Section with Uterine Scar Pregnancy

目的探究子宫瘢痕妊娠再次剖宫产的整体护理效果。方法选择我院2014年7月至2015年7月收治的180例子宫瘢痕妊娠再次剖宫产患者作为研究对象,随机分为实验组(90例,整体护理),对照组(90例,基础护理)。对比两组产妇产后并发症发生率、新生儿Apgar评分以及对护理工作满意度。结果实验组产妇产后并发症发生率为4.4%低于对照组17.8%,新生儿Apgar评分>7分占96.7%高于对照组81.1%(73/90),实验组产妇98.9%表示对护理满意,高于对照组87.8%,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论为子宫瘢痕妊娠再次剖宫产的产妇进行整体护理可以降低产妇产后并发症发生率,提高新生儿评分和对护理工作满意度,值得推广。

Objective To explore the overall nursing effect of cesarean section with uterine scar pregnancy. Methods 180 patients with uterine scar pregnancy who underwent cesarean section from July 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into experimental group（n=90, holistic nursing care）, control group（n=90,basic nursing）. The incidence of postpartum complications, neonatal Apgar score and satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postpartum complications was 4.4% in the experimental group, 17.8% in the control group, 96.7% in the neonatal Apgar score was higher than 81.7% in the control group, 98.9% in the experimental group showed satisfactory nursing（P〈0.05）, which was higher than that of the control group（87.8%）, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Holistic care of women with cesarean section for uterine scar pregnancy can reduce the incidence of postpartum complications, improve neonatal scoring and satisfaction of nursing work, and it is worth popularizing.
