儿童孤独症康复护理中图片交换沟通系统的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的探索儿童孤独症康复护理中图片交换沟通系统的应用。方法选取2014年7月至2016年7月我院收治的120例孤独症患儿,将患儿动态随机化分为两组,两组患儿各有60例,对照组和观察组分别采用常规护理和图片交换沟通系统,对比两组患儿的PEP-3量表评分。结果观察组患儿沟通评分(29.64±10.64)分、体能评分(30.14±5.69)分、行为评分(32.69±4.85)分明显高于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论图片交换沟通系统在孤独症患儿康复中效果显著。
