STUDY ON THE APPLICATION OF MODERN APPRENTICESHIP SYSTEM TO THE TRAINING MODE OF PROFESSIONAL TALENTS IN THE PEARL RIVER DELTA

环境艺术设计专业传统人才培养模式中的课程设置、教学标准、单元设计等方面都存在与实践脱节的现象,基于此,文章立足珠三角地区,分析发展现代学徒制人才培养模式的必要性,尤其对现代学徒制人才培养模式中教师队伍的建设、人才培养模式的制定、教学组织的安排、校企教学运行奖励机制进行探索。
