上班族“共享+公共交通”换乘模式服务设计初探

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE SERVICE DESIGN OF “SHARING + PUBLIC TRANSPORT” TRANSFER MODE FOR COMMUTERS

城市交通关系着国家发展的命脉,也是实现全球化发展的要素。职住分离现象使得一线城市上班族的通勤距离不断加大,上班族对换乘的需求也愈发增强,也使交通运行负重加深。随着互联网技术的发展和思维模式的创新,共享单车、拼车、定制公交等方式的出现也为提高上班族等人群的出行效率奠定了坚实的基础。在共享经济的大背景下,"共享+公共交通"这种基于绿色低碳的集约化换乘原则成为可能。文章在分析了针对"L"形出行链的城市上班族换乘需求的基础上对其产生背景和基于绿色低碳的集约化换乘概念进行了解析,并梳理出基于"共享+公共交通"模式的上班族通勤换乘服务的特征与分类及其发展趋势,为之后的上班族出行换乘服务设计研究提供了理论基础。

Urban transportation relates with the lifeblood of the national developmentand the element that realizes the development of globalization. the separation of dutyand separation has made the commutes of commuters in first-tier cities increasing.The need for transfer for commuters is also growing, which also makes the trafficload heavier. With the development of Internet technology and innovation of thinkingmode, the emergence of bicycles, carpooling, custom buses and other meanshas laid a solid foundation for improving the travel efficiency of commuters and others.in the context of the sharing economy, the principle of ＂sharing ＋ public transport＂,based on green and low-carbon intensive transformation, is possible. Based onthe analysis of the demand of urban commuters in the ＂U＇ type of travel chain, italso analyzes the background and the concept of intensive transformation basedon green and low-carbon principle, and the characteristics and classification anddevelopment trend of commuter commuting transfer service based on ＂sharing ＋public transport＂ mode are also sorted out. It provides a theoretical basis for the studyof the transfer service design of commuters.
