实木家具VOC与异味检测技术探索与分析

Exploration and Analysis of the Determination Technology of VOC Emissions and Odours in the Solid Wood Furniture

关于实木家具异味检测方面,国内还未有过系统的研究。本文通过总结国内外VOC检测技术的研究成果,探索分析家具VOC的检测方法和测试设备;本文归纳了不同检测方法的优缺点,经过改进后选择合适的方法和设备,运用到实木家具异味检测技术中;通过分析,提出两套可行性较高的实木家具异味检测方案,为实木家具异味检测分析技术提供理论支持,同时也倡导了绿色环保家具的理念。

The determination of odours in solid wood furniture has not been researched systematically.The VOC emissions determination methods and determination equipment for furniture were explored and analyzed by summarizing the domestic and foreign research findings of VOC detection technology.The improved appropriate method and equipment can be used to detect the odours in solid wood furniture by mastering the shortcomings of different detection methods.In this paper,two sets of feasible odours detection methods for solid wood furniture were put forward,which provide theoretical support for detecting and reducing the odours in solid wood furniture and maintaining the concept of green furniture.
