摘要 目的:探讨急性低氧应激条件下大鼠促肾上腺皮质激素释放激素(corticotrophin releasing hormone,CRH)水平的变化以及急性低氧对大鼠心、脑、肾的损伤程度。方法:(1)在低压氧舱中模拟高海拔低氧,测定大鼠血浆CRH含量;(2)用光镜下观察组织切片法及免疫荧光标记法观察大鼠心、脑、肾组织细胞损伤程度。结果:模拟高海拔低氧暴露24h后,各种组织标本显示随着海拔高度升高大鼠心、脑、肾的损伤程度加重。海拔5 500m组相对对照组CRH含量均值为9.10pg/ml(P<0.01);海拔7 500m组相对对照组血浆CRH含量均值为22.46pg/ml(P<0.01);7 500m组相对5 500m组血浆CRH含量均值为13.35pg/ml(P<0.01)。结论:急性高原低氧应激条件下CRH分泌水平随着海拔高度升高而增高,并且这种变化随低氧程度的加重而增强,且大鼠重要脏器损伤程度随着海拔高度的升高而加重。 Objective:To explore the changes of the levels of corticotrophin releasing hormone(CRH)in rats under acute hypoxic stress and the degree of injury of heart,brain and kidney in rats with acute hypoxia.Methods:(1)The plasma CRH content of rats was measured in lowaltitude oxygen tank.(2)The injury degree of rat heart,brain and kidney were observed under light microscope and by immunofluorescence labeling.Results:After simulating hypoxic exposure to 24 h,all kinds of tissue samples showed that the injury degree of heart,brain and kidney increased with altitude.Mean content of CRH in 5 500 m group vs control group was 9.10pg/ml(P0.01),the altitude of 7 500 mgroup vs control group was 22.46pg/ml(P0.01),7 500 mgroup vs 5 500 mgroup was 13.35pg/ml(P0.01).Conclusion:The CRH level is significantly increased in the acute altitude hypoxia condition,and the changes are enhanced with the increase of the degree of hypoxia.
