循环流化床锅炉烟气污染物排放测试及特性分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对额定蒸发量分别为240 t/h和450 t/h的2台循环流化床锅炉(分别记为U1和U2),在100%BMCR负荷条件下,根据行业试验规范进行了现场测试,分析了循环流化床锅炉主要烟气污染物的排放特征、设备协同脱除效率及环境效益。测试结果表明:污染控制设备的协同脱除作用使得循环流化床锅炉具有清洁高效的特性,U1锅炉的烟尘、SO_2、NO_x、Hg、NH_3及SO_3排放浓度分别为13.1、16.0、71.4、5.6×10(-3)、1.7、1.6 mg/m^3,U2锅炉上述指标排放浓度分别为4.8、10.4、95.7、4.9×10^(-3)、0.4、0.6 mg/m^3。2台锅炉的SO2排放绩效分别为0.085 8、0.040 1 g/k Wh,NO_x排放绩效分别为0.370 1、0.354 4 g/kWh。故只须对烟尘和NO_x进行控制削减,就能达到现行的超低排放标准。 In order to provide basic data for further emission reduction and technical supervision, different pollutants emissions are actually measured according the test codes under the condition of 100% BMCR load of two circulating fluidized bed boilers recorded as UI and U2 with evaporation capacities of 240 t/h and 450 t/h respectively. The pollutants emission characteristics, coordinated removal efficiencies and environmental benefit were obtained from monitoring results that provided the basic data support for the enterprise sewage declaration, technical supervision and further emission reduction. The measurement results show that circulating fluidized bed boilers have the charac- teristics of high efficiency and clean performance, because common pollutants and others are effectively reduced through the pollution control equipment and coordinated control system. The average concentrations of dust, SO2 , NOx, Hg, NH3 and SO3 are 13. 1,16. 0,71.4,5.6×10^-3 , 1.7,1.6 mg/m^3 of U1 boiler, and 4. 8,10. 4,95.7,69.4,4. 9×10^-3 ,0.4,0. 6 mg/m^3 of U2 boiler, respectively. The emission of SO2 are 0. 085 8 and 0. 040 1 g/kWh;while the emission of NOx are 0. 370 1 and 0. 354 4 g/kWh respectively. Consequently, only dust and NOx is needed be further removal to meet the ultra-low pollutants emission.
