Analysis of the Impact of Big Data on the Research of Government Network Information Ecological Chain

【目的/意义】探讨大数据对政务网络信息生态链研究的影响。【方法/过程】通过梳理国内外研究现状,探讨理论维度下大数据对政务网络信息生态链的构成要素、信息流转和信息生态链结构的影响,以及实践维度下大数据对政务网络信息生态链的形成机理、运行机制和效能分析的影响。【结果/结论】从明确核心构成要素的变化、适应领域研究范式的调整、扩大政务信息采集的范围、提升大数据技术的使用率等角度,提出了应对策略。

【Purpose/significance】Discussing the impact of big data on the research of government network information ecological chain.【Method/process】First of all, this paper summarizes the research status of the domestic and foreign. Secondly, this paper focuses the impact on the theoretical dimension of government information ecological chain concept, information flow and chain structure under the background of big data, as well as the impact on the practice dimension of the formation mechanism, operating mechanism and efficiency analysis of government information ecology chain.【Result/conclusion】The paper gives coping strategies from the change of the core component, the adjustment of the research paradigm,the scope of government information collection and the utilization ratio of big data technology.
