摘要
【目的/意义】网络社区已经成为用户分享知识和信息、交流互动以及发展人际关系的一种新的社会组织形式。揭示网络社区的用户知识交流和共享行为特征对提高其知识交流和共享效率有着重要意义。【方法/过程】采用社会网络分析及其可视化方法,在构建并分析"经管之家"用户关系网络图谱的基础上,讨论该用户关系网络中用户知识交流和共享的行为特性。【结果/结论】研究表明,处于结构洞的活跃用户、强弱关系的合理结构比例,以及用户动机等是促进知识交流和共享的重要因素。
【Purose/significance】Along with the development of network communities, discovering the users’ behavior characteristics in information exchange and knowledge sharing is of great significance to improve the efficiency of information exchange and knowledge sharing.【Method/process】The present study seeks to penetrate into the behavior characteristics of users’ knowledge exchange and sharing by constructing and visualizing the users relationship network of a typical Internet community, i.e.,"the home of management".【Result/conclusion】It is concluded that active users from the structure hole, a reasonable ration between the strong relationships and the weak ones, and user motivation, etc. are the major factors driving users’ knowledge exchange and sharing.
