中外政府开放数据领域的研究热点与前沿分析

The Research Hotspot and Frontier Analysis of Government Open Data Field at Home and Abroad

【目的/意义】揭示国内外政府开放数据领域的研究热点和今后的发展趋势,为相关研究和发展提供建议和参考依据。【方法/过程】利用BICOMB2、SPSS和CiteSpaceⅢ,采用词频统计、聚类分析和共现分析方法,对CNKI、WOS数据库中相关文献进行对比分析。【结果/结论】中外研究热点侧重于政府数据管理、政府数据开放、政府数据服务等研究;中外研究趋势趋同,研究前沿包括数据开放平台、开放机制和政策、数据应用、开放效果与评价等研究。

【Purpose/significance】This paper reveals the research hotspots and future development trends of government open data field at home and abroad, provides some advice and reference for the related research and development.【Method/process】We use BICOMB2、SPSS and CiteSpace Ⅲ, apply word frequency statistics、cluster analysis and co-analysis method to compare and analyze the literature of the CNKI and WOS.【Result/conclusion】The research hotspots at home and abroad focus on government data management, government data open, government data services,etc; The research of them trend convergence, including data open platform, open mechanism and policy, data application, open effects and evaluations,etc.
