“Problem Consciousness” and the Professional Development of Teachers of Mathematics

摘要 强调"在实践中和向实践学习"是国际数学教育界关于教师专业发展的整体性趋势,从而清楚地表明了加强"课例研究"的重要性.为了做好相关工作,应当切实增强自己的"问题意识",包括很好地落实数学教学中的"问题引领"与"问题驱动".后者不仅直接涉及到了数学教师的专业能力,也是中国数学教学最重要的特征之一. As far as the professional development of teachers of mathematics was concerned, emphasizing "learning in and from practice" was a general attitude in the field of mathematics education of the world, and which in turn showed clearly the importance of the studies of mathematics teaching cases. In order to do it well, we should fully strengthen our "problem consciousness", and especially do well in "problem directing" and "problem driving", and which, as a whole, concerns not only the professional ability of mathematics teachers, but also could regarded as the most important features of Chinese Mathematics Education.
