After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War,scholars in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area were conformed to the development of the new situation and compiled the Primary School Chinese Textbooks.The set of textbooks were quite distinctive.They met the demand for primary school Chinese textbooks in the Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei border area,which had a broad and far-reaching impact.Primary School Chinese Textbooks highlighted the political mobilization of the Communist Party of China as the core,allround care of the real life of the rural areas,while focusing on practical knowledge of the subject.Primary School Chinese Textbooks have important historical and practical values：The Communist Party achieved the most extensive social mobilization through these textbooks,and it is also a strong testimony of the history and culture of the Party,which promoted the economic development of the border area.This implies that we should not forget why we began the textbook reform,and should make efforts to explore and inherit the historical experience of textbook compilation in revolutionary base.
