摘要
为解决钢箱梁桥面铺装防水、防锈、界面抗滑、温度变形适应要求高的难题,吸收国内外浇筑式沥青施工先进技术,结合本工程实际,创造性地运用钢箱梁Eliminator防水层、GA-10高粘浇筑式沥青中间层、SMA-13高弹沥青面层组合体系施工技术进行桥面铺装,总结了大量材料检测指标、施工工艺参数,进一步完善了浇筑式沥青技术在施工中的应用。
In order to solve the difficult problem of water-proof,rust-proof,anti-skid,temperature and deformation of steel box girder bridge deck,the advanced technology of pouring asphalt construction at home and abroad is absorbed. Combining with this project,waterproofing layer,GA-10 high-viscosity asphalt intermediate layer,SMA-13 high-elastic asphalt surface composite system construction technology for bridge deck pavement,summed up a large number of material testing indicators,construction process parameters,and further improve the pouring asphalt technology In the application of construction.
