摘要
建筑设计与项目施工管理作为建筑工程项目中的重要组成部分,是影响工程整体建设质量的重要因素,应用BIM技术不仅可以提升这两部分工作的质量,也确保了建筑整体的安全性、稳定性,从根本上为人们提供了安全、舒适的生活、工作、学习环境。通过分析对BIM技术在建筑设计及项目施工管理中的应用策略,以期提升BIM技术的应用水平,从而促进我国建筑行业的飞速发展。
The architectural design and construction project management as an important part of the construction project in the whole construction is an important factor affecting the quality of the project,the quality of the application of BIM technology can not only enhance the two part of the work,but also to ensure the safety and stability of the whole building,the people provides a safe and comfortable life,working and learning environment. To sum up,this paper will BIM technology in architectural design and project construction management application strategy,in order to improve the level of application of BIM technology,so as to promote the rapid development of China＇s construction industry.
