摘要
甜菜花粉活力直接影响其授粉、受精及种子结实率,为了解甜菜K-5材料的花粉生活力及其植株育性特点,以甜菜K-5材料为试验材料,开花现蕾期随机抽取100个母根单株,采用四唑染色方法检测其花粉细胞染色活力.100单株中,36%单株的花粉粒染色活力为80% ~90%;52%单株的花粉粒染色活力为40%~60%;4个单株的花药颜色为白色,无花粉形成,为完全不育型植株.试验结果说明甜菜K-5材料群体植株间的育性存在多态性,植株间的花粉活力存在差异,且有完全不育植株存在.
Beet pollen vitality directly influences its pollination,fertilization and seed setting rate.To investigate pollen vitality as well as fertility of Sugar beet K-5 Population,pollen viability of 100 single plants from sugar beet K-5 Population were detected using tetrazolium staining method.The result showed that pollen stain-ability was 80% ~ 90% for 36 single plants,and pollen stain-ability was 40% ~ 60% for 52 single plants.Anther color was white for 4 plant,which failed to form pollen.The result indicated that fertility polymorphism existed among K-5 population,and there were differences of pollen viability within single plant.Male sterility plants were found among sugar beet K-5 population.
