摘要
以某汽车厂2000 t机械压力机为例,介绍大型压力机的上梁温度监测系统。该装置能够实时监测上梁内主轴、离合器、齿轮轴上安装的轴承的工作温度,可以杜绝因温度过高造成的轴承研伤及失效损坏。通过计算和仿真,以及对现场实测数据进行分析,得以合理设定轴承的报警温度,使压力机运行的安全性和稳定性得到提高。
The paper takes a 2000 t mechanical press for example to introduce a crown temperature detecting system for large mechanical presses that can detect in real time the working temperature of the bearings on the main shaft, clutch, gear shaft inside the crown in order to prevent the bearings from damage due to overhigh temperature. The proper alarming temperature set for the bearings was obtained by the means of calculation, simulation and actual temperature value analysis to improve the operational safety and stability of presses.
