介绍定位误差中基准位移误差和基准不符误差的概念,以铣削轴套上的扁势为例对定位误差进行分析,通过加工实例来分析不同定位方法所产生误差的原因并加以计算,最后提出了加工中需注意的关键要点。
The paper explains the concept of reference displacement error and reference error, and takes the sleeve of milling arbors for example to analyze the positioning error, and uses several cases to analyze the reason why errors happen when an arbor is positioned with different methods and calculates the errors, and at last, gives the key points that shall be paid attention to during milling operation.
