摘要
针对核燃料水下运输承载器倾翻液压缸的漏油事故,根据检查发现的筒体内壁、透盖内孔及活塞推杆表面的划伤情况,分析指出核燃料水下运输承载器液压缸设计中存在密封结构上的缺陷。结合液压缸现场使用条件,提出液压缸零件结构改进方案,改进后,液压缸使用正常,未再发生划伤事故。
The investigation on the oil leakage accident of the upending hydraulic cylinder on underwater nuclear fuel carriers and the scratches on the surfaces of the hydraulic cylinder inwall, lip inner bore and piston rod revealed the hydraulic cylinder has a design defect on the sealing structure. In full consideration of the service conditions, A solution was worked out to modify the components of the hydraulic cylinder. The modified hydraulic cylinder has been working normally without the happening of scratch accidents.
