文章以新疆和田地区为研究对象，通过对和田地区人口信息的分析，运用灰色关联分析法构建了人口结构交互作用的关联度模型，揭示了和田地区人口结构的主要因子及人口结构子系统的关联度。并从时空角度对各个子系统的演变规律进行了分析。本文旨在揭示人口结构子系统之间的关联度．关联度时序表现出的阶段性和波动性，以及人口结构转型及其意义。

Based on the analysis of population information in Hetian area, this paper uses the gray relational analysis method to construct the correlation model of population structure interaction, and reveals the main factors of population structure and population structure subsystem in Hetian area.And the evolution aims to reveal the of each subsystem is analyzed from correlation between the population of the correlation degree, and the transformation of the the perspective of time and space. This paper structure subsystem, the phased and volatility population structure and its significance.
