摘要
重庆市新征地拆迁政策的出台使征地补偿更加趋于科学合理．而集体资产分配中的问题和矛盾则随之产生。本文以沙坪坝区征地拆迁中集体资产的分配为例。在大量实践经验归纳总结的基础上具体分析了集体资产分配中出现的矛盾及原因。进而提出如何做好集体资产分配的对策建议。
The introduction of the new land acquisition and relocation pohcy in Chongqing makes the compensation, of land requisition more scientific and reasonable, and the problems and contradictions in the allocation of collective assets are generated. Based on the analysis of collective assets in Shapingba District, this paper analyzes the contradictions and causes of collective asset allocation on the basis of summing up a large number of practical experiences, and then puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on how to do collective asset allocation.
