摘要
重视中小企业公司治理机制中人力资本产权的作用,让其参与公司决策,监督,拥有企业剩余收益权成为发展的趋势。本文通过对人力资本产权影响下的贵州省中小企业公司治理机制现状进行分析,指出当前不少企业在公司治理机制上存在着制度上的缺陷和问题,最后提出构建人力资本产权化的公司治理机制,对于完善贵州省中小企业公司治理,提高其治理水平有重要意义。
Attaching importance to the role of human capital property rights in the corporate governance mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises, letting them participate in the decision-making, supervision and ownership of enterprises has become the development trend. This paper analyzes the present situation of corporate governance mechanism of small and medium-sized enterprises in Guizhou province under the influence of human capital property right, and points out that there are some defects and problems in the corporate governance mechanism, and finally put forward the construction of human capital's corporate governance mechanism, For the improvement of small and medium enterprises in Guizhou Province corporate governance, improve its governance level is important.
