长江经济带战略规划是新常态背景下我国经济跨越式发展的必然举措，安徽作为长江经济带战略的重要组成省份必须充分利用支持机遇，以期更好的承接发达地区的产业转移。文章立足于安徽承接发达地区产业转移的优势与不足，重点探究安徽完善承接产业转移体系的对策．力争促进安徽经济实现跨越式发展。

The strategic planning of the Yangtze River Economic Zone is the inevitable measure of China＇s economic leap-forward development under the background of the new normal. Anhui, as an important component of the Yangtze River Economic Belt, must make full use of the support opportunities so as to better undertake the industrial transfer in the developed areas. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of industrial transfer in developed areas in Anhui Province, this paper focuses on the countermeasures to improve the industrial transfer system in Anhui, and strives to promote the development of Anhui economy by leaps and bounds.
