Prospect： The price of the next decade ups and downs - Take Shanghai as an example

房价问题是民生关切的热点问题，本文从对上海市近十年的房价变化进行总结梳理，同时浅析房价上涨的原因，以及在供给侧改革背景下对未来十年房价可能的变化的进行几点预测。

The problem of house price is the hot issue of people＇s livelihood concern. This paper summarizes the changes in housing prices in Shanghai in recent ten years, and analyzes the reasons of rising house prices and make some predictions about possible changes in house prices over the next decade.
