摘要
投资银行是最典型的投资性金融机构，本文通过对比分析、举例分析等方法，对投资银行的本质及其演进过程进行分析研究。投资银行是在历史演进中形成的富有动态，内容复杂的系统，它可以执行的金融功能逐渐从单一趋向于复杂。以高盛为例，探究分析投资银行的本质并分析投资银行的演进过程，去挖掘是哪些因素支持着投资银行的历史演进。
