季节对老年性白内障患者术前结膜囊带菌的影响

Effects of Season on Preoperative Conjunctival Sac in Patients with Senile Cataract

目的:了解季节对东莞地区老年性白内障患者术前结膜囊带菌情况的影响。方法:选取2015年5月至2016年4月东莞光明眼科医院收治的2815例老年性白内障患者,术前对其做结膜囊细菌培养,并分成春夏组(5月~10月)及秋冬组(11月至次年4月)。结果:术前结膜囊细菌培养阳性率为27.21%,主要为革兰阳性球菌,春夏组细菌培养阳性率为24.38%,秋冬组阳性率为33.33%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年性白内障患者术前结膜囊带菌率较高,并且季节因素对其带菌率有一定影响。

Objective Dongguan area. Methods To investigate the effect of seasons on the culture of conjunctival sac in patients with senile cataract in 2815 patients with senile cataract were selected to perform conjunctival sac bacterial culture prior to surgery, and were assigned to the spring and summer group （May-October） or autumn and winter group （November-April）. Results Prior to surgery, the positivity of conjunctival sac bacterial culture was 27.21%, which was predominantly Gram-positive cocci; the bacterial culture positivity was 24.38 % in the spring and summer group, and 33.33 % in the autumn and winter group, with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The bacterial prevalence in conjunctival sac was high prior to surgery for age-related cataract, and was to some extent affected by the seasonal factor.
