胺碘酮与稳心颗粒联用治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常临床疗效分析

Feasibility Analysis of Amiodarone Combined with Wenxin Granule in the Treatment of Heart Failure Complicated with Arrhythmia

目的:分析胺碘酮与稳心颗粒联合作用在心力衰竭合并心律失常治疗中的有效性。方法:将2015年9月至2016年10月在中山市沙溪隆都医院接受诊治的57例心力衰竭合并心律失常的患者进行分组研究,采用双盲法将患者分为观察组(n=29)和对照组(n=28);两组患者均应用胺碘酮,观察组则联合应用稳心颗粒。结果:在疗效及相关治疗指标上比较,观察组明显占优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗中均未出现程度较为严重的不良反应,发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胺碘酮联合稳心颗粒治疗心力衰竭合并心律失常,疗效及安全性均较好,效果确切。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of amiodarone combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of heart failure complicated with arrhythmia. Methods 57 patients with heart failure and arrhythmia in our hospital from September 2015 to October 2016 were grouped as the research, patients were divided into observation group （n = 29） and control group （n = 28） by double blind method; two groups of patients were treated with amiodarone. The observation group was combined with the application. Results Comparison of efficacy and related indicators, the observation group was dominant （P 〈 0.05）; there were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients, and there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Amiodarone combined with Wenxin Granule in the treatment of heart failure with arrhythmia, the efficacy and safety are good, the method has been proved to be effective, it is worth learning.
