中药配方颗粒门诊处方统计分析

Statistical Analysis of Outpatient Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formula

目的:分析2016年英德市人民医院门诊中药配方颗粒的使用情况,为更好地应用、管理、发展中药提供参考。方法:对英德市人民医院2016年门诊中药配方颗粒的用量、总金额、单剂金额和处方进行回顾性、描述性分析。结果:青年患者所占比例最高(39.51%),熟地黄、白术、当归等补益药的配方颗粒用量较大,配方颗粒处方总金额主要分布在50~200元区间,单剂金额在30~40元区间比例最大(32.37%)。单价方面,65.56%的配方颗粒比相应的中药饮片高出0~300%。结论:中药配方颗粒因自身优势取得了一定的发展,但与中药饮片的等效性、价格问题,还需要更深入研究。

Objective Analysis of 2016 Yingde City People＇s Hospital outpatient use of traditional Chinese medicine granules, in order to better use, management, development of Chinese medicine to provide a reference. Methods Retrospective analysis and descriptive analysis on the dosage, total amount of each prescription, amount of per dose and prescriptions of the formula granule in 2016 in our hospital. Results Young patients with the highest proportion （39.51%）, prepared rehmannia root, atractylodes, angelica and other tonics of large granule dosage. The total amount of most distributed in 50 - 200 yuan range. Amount of per dose in 30 - 40 yuan range has the largest proportion （32.37%）. In unit price, 65.56% of the formula granule than the same piece of Chinese herbal pieces is higher than 0 - 300%. Conclusion The Chinese material medica formula granule have made certain progress because of their own advantages, but also need to be more in-depth study on the equivalence and price of Chinese herbal pieces.
