肝脏局灶性结节增生诊断中多层螺旋CT平扫及多期增强扫描的价值

Application Value of Multi Slice Spiral CT Plain Scan and Multi Phase Enhanced Scanning in the Diagnosis of Focal Nodular Hyperplasia of Liver

目的:探讨肝脏局灶性结节增生诊断中多层螺旋计算机断层扫描(CT)平扫及多期增强扫描的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年1月顺德区第一人民医院附属杏坛医院收治的肝脏局灶性结节增生患者30例及同期肝癌患者30例的临床资料,比较其经螺旋CT检查的结果。结果:肝脏局灶性结节增生患者肝包膜下患者数显著高于肝癌患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝脏局灶性结节增生患者平扫显示等或略低密度,中心显示星芒状低密度区,无门静脉癌栓或肝硬化,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肝脏局灶性结节增生诊断中应用多层螺旋CT检查特征明显且独特,临床可将其作为首选疾病诊断方法。

Objective To explore the application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of focal nodular hyperplasia of liver and multi-phase enhanced scan.Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with focal nodular hyperplasia and 30 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were enrolled in our hospital from January 20 to January 2017,and the results of spiral CT examination were compared.Results The number of patients with hepatic nodular hyperplasia in liver was significantly higher than that in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma（P〈0.05）,and the patients with focal nodular hyperplasia showed moderate or low density.（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The application of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of focal nodular hyperplasia of liver is obvious and unique.It can be regarded as the preferred method of disease diagnosis.
