不同环境和介质对三叶虫萤卵孵化的影响 被引量:7

Effect of different environments and materials on the hatching of Emeia pseudosauteri eggs

摘要 本文对照研究了3种环境和4种介质对三叶虫萤卵孵化的影响。环境设置包括模拟野外环境、常温黑暗及低温处理3种,室内恒温25℃条件下不同的介质分为灭菌土、苔藓和灭菌土、湿纱布和灭菌土、野外介质4种。研究发现,附着有厚实灭菌土的苔藓和有一定的遮蔽物是三叶虫萤卵孵化的有利环境因素,孵化率最高,达到100%;将卵置于15℃的低温环境中时,卵的孵化时间大约延迟一个月,但并不影响其孵化率;黑暗的环境对卵的孵化基本没影响。实验表明,厚实的土壤是虫卵抵抗外界不利天气的基础,对稳定虫卵也起着重要作用,同时遮蔽物环境避免了自然强光、恶劣天气、人为践踏、重物冲击等外界不利因素造成的卵孵化失败;光照对卵的孵化基本没影响,但低温会延缓卵的发育。 The effect of three kinds of different environments and four kinds of materials on the hatching of the eggs of Emeia pseudosauteri Fu,BallantyneLambkin,2012 was studied.The environment settings included simulated field environment,normal temperature environment without light and cold environment treatment.Different kinds of materials at 25℃indoor environment included sterilized soil,sterilized soil with moss,sterilized soil with wet gauze and field soil.The results showed that moss attached to the thick and sterilized soil and covered shelter were the favorable environment factors for the hatching of the eggs with the highest hatching rate of 100%.The lower temperature of15 ℃ could cause the hatching time to delay for about a month,but did not affect the hatching rate.The dark environment had no influence on the hatching of the eggs basically.The experiments show that the thick soil is the basis for eggs to resist outside adverse weather conditions,playing an important role in fixing eggs;the shelter avoids external factors,such as the natural light environment,bad weather,human trampling and heavy impaction,causing the failure of egg hatching;light has no effect on the hatching of eggs,but the low temperature will retard the development of eggs.
