抗战初期中共四川地下党组织的重建与整顿

Reconstruction and Rectification of the CPC Underground Party Organization in Sichuan during the Early Days of the Anti-Japanese War

曾经在土地革命后期被破坏殆尽的中共四川地下党组织,到抗战之初借助新的形势开始重建,并取得较大成就。在重建的过程中,四川地下党组织充分利用新的民众救亡组织形式,旧有失散党员的线索与关系网络,并采取有力的组织手段,一度实现迅猛发展。但在组织急剧膨胀的过程中,也出现不少问题,包括党员严重不纯、组织效率低下、党员作风浮夸、组织凝聚力不强、合格干部严重匮乏等。在随后日益恶化的客观环境的逼迫下,以及上级机关的指导下,四川地下党开始有针对性地自我整顿,初步解决了组织力涣散和干部匮乏的问题。

The CPC underground party organization in Sichuan, once almost destroyed during the late period of the land revolution, began to rebuild and achieved much success under the new situation at the beginning of the war. In the process of its reconstruction, the Sichuan underground party organization made full use of new forms of public salvation and clues about the scattered party members and their networks of relations, and it took powerful organizational measures to achieve rapid development. However, in the process of its rapid expansion, there were also many problems, including corrupt party members, low organizational efficiency, an exaggerated party style, weak organizational cohesion, a serious shortage of qualified cadres, and so on. Under the guidance of the higher authorities and forced by the increasing deterioration in the objective environment, the Sichuan underground party began to focus on self-rectification, and which initially solved its organizational problems and the shortage of cadres.
