摘要
通过研究风电故障脱网机理,分析风电大规模连锁脱网的演变过程,提出利用继电器出口信号,调节无功补偿设备的锁闭时间,改善风电场无功调节能力的方法。通过DIgSILENT/Power Factory软件建立风电场动态模型,复现风电机组大规模脱网的演变过程,并验证控制方法的可行性。仿真结果表明,该控制方法能有效减少风电机组脱机数量,阻止连锁脱网事故的发生。
Through the mechanism study of wind power off-network, and evolution process analysis for the large scale off-network of wind turbine, the methods for improving reactive power regulation of wind farm were put forward by adjusting the lock time of reactive power compensation equipment using relay output signal. The dynamic model of wind farm was set up and the evolution process of large scale off-network of wind turbines was reproduced through the DIgSILENT/PowerFaetory software, and the model was used to verify the feasibility of control method. The simulation results show that the control method can effectively reduce the offline amount of wind turbines, and prevent the chain off-network accident of the wind turbines.
