摘要
为提高微网的供电可靠性,给出一种针对全黑孤立微网的黑启动方案。首先介绍基于分层控制的微网结构,然后通过对串行恢复和并行恢复两种网架恢复策略的比较,指出应采用系统结构和控制更简单的串行恢复策略,并制定微网黑启动操作流程。其次从微网系统和微源两个角度同时考虑,提出一种兼具调频、调压和零起升压能力的虚拟同步发电机(VSG)控制策略。最后建立微网系统的实验平台,实验结果验证所提微网黑启动方案及其操作流程的可行性。
In order to improve the reliability of power supply for microgrid, the black-start scheme for all black isolated microgrid was proposed. The system structure of microgrid with hierarchical control was firstly introduced, then according to the comparison of the serial and parallel restoration strategies of the microgrid black-start to present that the serial strategy with more simple system structure and control was more appropriate for the process. And the operation procedure of black-start for microgrid was formulated. Secondly, considering the microgrid system and microsource at same time, the control strategy of virtual synchronous generator (VSG) with frequency modulation, voltage regulation and zero boost capability was proposed. Finally, the microgrid experimental platform was established, the effectiveness of the proposed microgrid black-start scheme and the operation procedure was verified by experimental results.
