摘要
目的研究干姜的化学成分。方法采用体积分数50%乙醇对干姜的乙酸乙酯提取后剩余药渣部位进行提取,通过各种色谱方法对提取物中的化学成分进行分离纯化,并采用波谱技术确定化合物的结构。结果分离得到10个姜酚类化学成分,经波谱分析,确定其化学结构为6-姜烯酚(Ⅰ)、9-姜烯酚(Ⅱ)、10-姜烯酚(Ⅲ)、12-副姜油酮(Ⅳ)、6-姜酚(Ⅴ)、6-isodehydrogingerdione(Ⅵ)、8-isodehydrogingerdione(Ⅶ)、5-hydroxy^(-1)-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxyphenyl)-4-hexadecen-3-one(Ⅷ)、(E)-geranylferulic acid(Ⅸ)和5-ethoxy^(-1)-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)tetradecan-3-one(Ⅹ)。结论化合物Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ和Ⅹ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Zingiber officinale Rosc.METHODS Various column chromatographic techniques were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents and their structure were elucidated by spectral analysis.RESULTS Ten compounds were isolated and identified as 6-shogoal(Ⅰ),9-shogoal(Ⅱ),10-shogoal(Ⅲ),12-paradol(Ⅳ),6-gingerol(Ⅴ),6-isodehydrogingerdione(Ⅵ),8-isodehydrogingerdione(Ⅶ),5-hydroxy-(-1)-(4'-hydroxy-3'-methoxyphenyl)-4-hexadecen-3-one(Ⅷ),(E)-geranylferulic acid(Ⅸ),and 5-ethoxy-(-1)-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) tetradecan-3-one(Ⅹ).CONCLUSION The compounds Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅵ,Ⅶ and Ⅹ are isolated from Zingiberis Rhizoma for the first time.
