摘要
制备氟橡胶(FKM)/氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)复合材料,研究FKM用量对FKM与HNBR的相容性以及FKM/HNBR复合材料物理性能和耐热氧老化性能的影响。结果表明:FKM用量小于20份时,FKM和HNBR的相容性较好;随着FKM用量的增大,FKM/HNBR复合材料的拉伸强度逐渐降低;当FKM和HNBR共混比为10/90时,FKM/HNBR复合材料的100%定伸应力、拉断伸长率和撕裂强度出现峰值,同时耐热氧老化性能最好。
The FKM/HNBR composite was prepared,and the effect of the addition level of FKM on the compatibility between FKM and HNBR,physical properties,and heat oxygen aging property of FKM/HNBR composite was investigated.The results showed that,when the addition level of FKM was below 20 phr,the compatibility between FKM and HNBR was good;with the increase of the addition level of FKM,the tensile strength of FKM/HNBR composite decreased gradually;when the blending ratio of FKM/HNBR was 10/90,the tensile modulus at 100% elongation,elongation at break and tear strength of FKM/HNBR composite were the highest,and heat oxygen aging property was also the best.
