Economic Insect Resources:Nutritive and Medicinal Values

为了研究经济昆虫的营养和药用价值,本研究综述了近5年来国内外的经济昆虫资源研究进展,从蛋白和氨基酸、脂肪和脂肪酸、矿物质和微量元素等几个方面归纳了经济昆虫的营养价值,列举了昆虫抗菌肽、激素、壳聚糖、甲壳素和毒素等经济昆虫生物活性物质的药用价值,并指出了种质资源保护、规模化养殖技术水平、产品加工技术等制约经济昆虫蛋白产业开发利用的瓶颈问题,并给出了相应的对策和建议,以期为加速经济昆虫产业化研究提供参考。

To study the nutritive and medicinal value of economic insects, this study summarized the researchprogress of economic insect resources in recent 5 years, and enumerated nutritive value from some aspects,such as proteins, amino acids, fats and fatty acids, minerals and trace elements, and listed medicinal values ofbio-active substances in economic insects, such as insect antimicrobial peptides, hormones, chitosan, chitinand toxins. Based on the analysis, the authors pointed out the bottleneck problems which restricted thedevelopment and utilization of protein industry of economic insects, such as the protection of germplasmresources, the technology of large-scale breeding, the technology of product processing and other relatedaspects. Then, countermeasures were put forward to provide references for accelerating economic insectindustrialization research.
