吐蕃统治敦煌西域时期的雇佣问题探析——兼与陷蕃之前及归义军统治时期雇佣比较

Analysis on Employment in Dunhuang during the Tibetan Occupation Period——Compared with Employment in the Reign of the Tang Dynasty and the Return-to-Allegiance Army Period

吐蕃统治敦煌西域时期是一个承前启后的关键时期,通过对这一时期雇佣问题的研究,有助于从一个侧面了解吐蕃统治时期的经济状况。本文对雇佣契约的年代重新进行了推定;通过对雇契具体内涵的探讨,分析出雇佣的具体性质,归纳出雇佣关系的五种类型;将吐蕃与唐前期、归义军统治时期的雇佣进行对比,可知唐、五代雇契形式发展具有连续性,并渐趋完整与固定化;研究证明,吐蕃统治时期的雇佣具有明显的时代与民族特色。

Compared with the Tang dynasty and the Re- turn-to-Allegiance Army Period, the Tibetan Occupation Period has it＇s one characteristics. Furthermore, the form of Employment Contract was continuous development and fixed from Tang to the five dynasties.
