吐蕃统治敦煌西域时期的雇佣问题探析——兼与陷蕃之前及归义军统治时期雇佣比较

摘要 吐蕃统治敦煌西域时期是一个承前启后的关键时期,通过对这一时期雇佣问题的研究,有助于从一个侧面了解吐蕃统治时期的经济状况。本文对雇佣契约的年代重新进行了推定;通过对雇契具体内涵的探讨,分析出雇佣的具体性质,归纳出雇佣关系的五种类型;将吐蕃与唐前期、归义军统治时期的雇佣进行对比,可知唐、五代雇契形式发展具有连续性,并渐趋完整与固定化;研究证明,吐蕃统治时期的雇佣具有明显的时代与民族特色。 The Tibetan Occupation Period of Dunhuang served as a link between past and future. Through the study of Employment in this period, can help to understand the Economic Conditions of the Ti- betan Occupation Period from one side. First, re-dated to the Contract of Employment. Inquire into the specific Connotation of the Employment Contract, to analysis the Specific properties of the Contract of Employment. And summed up the five types of employment relations. Compared with the Tang dynasty and the Re- turn-to-Allegiance Army Period, the Tibetan Occupation Period has it's one characteristics. Furthermore, the form of Employment Contract was continuous development and fixed from Tang to the five dynasties.
