评价理论视角下低年级学生数学能力监测的探索 被引量:1

摘要 教育评价是事实判断与价值判断的结合,定量与定性方法是教育评价的两种手段。测评是教育评价的最常用的收集信息的定量方法之一。低年级学生数学能力的培养不仅对儿童未来的数学学习起着重要作用,对个人成长与发展有着重要的影响,同时也是建立一个强大、繁荣和稳定社会的坚实基础。运用学业测评理论的理念与方法对低年级学生数学能力进行评价已成为促进教育改革与发展的有效手段。目前,国际上较为成熟的低年级学生数学能力监测是由美国国际开发总署举办的低年级数学核心能力监测(EGMA)。从其项目背景与实施、测评内容与结果应用展开讨论,可以为我国低年级数学教育的均衡发展提供新视角。 Education evaluation is a combination of fact judgement and value judgement, quantitative and qualitative are two significant ways of education evaluation. Early mathematics skills play an extraordinary important role not only in growth and development of children, but also on the establishment of strong, prosperous and stable society. Using the new concepts and technologies of education evaluation to assessment the early grade mathematics skills become an effective method to promote educational reform and development. Early Grade Mathematics Assessment (EGMA) which is very popular organized by the United States Agency for International Development. This study will start with the background, implementation and the content of EGMA initially, then pay attention to using the result of assessment. Based on the above analysis, finally, it will give a bright perspective to early mathematics educational balancing development in China.
