摘要
科学理解大学生创业能力是有效实施创业教育的基本前提,但针对大学生创业能力内涵与结构维度的量化研究,特别是契合理工科大学生创业情景的量化研究,还比较缺乏。大学生创业能力模式开发包含机会洞察能力、方案配置能力、团队管理能力和资源整合能力四个方面。为此提高理工科大学生创业能力需要将创业教育情景复合化、创业教育输入系统化、创业教育过程团队化和教育成果项目化。
The scientific understanding to entrepreneurial competency of college students(ECCS)is the prerequisite for effective implementation of entrepreneurship education. However, quantitative research on connotation and dimension of ECCS,especially for the context of college students of science and technology(CSST),is still lacking. The development of the structure model of entrepreneurial competency of CSST includes opportunity insight ability,solution configuration ability,team management ability and resource integration ability.This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate ECCS frme 4 aspects of compound of context,systematization of input,pormation of processes and projectization of products in entrepreneurship education.
