摘要
对全国71所职业学校和4861名教师进行问卷调查发现:职业学校教师对产业结构既有思想层面的关注,也有实践中的行动,后者体现地更明显;在适应产业结构调整作出的改变中,教师知识能力自我更新意愿最强,其次是参加学校针对性培训进修,最后为参与行业企业项目。通过建立修正后的人力资本模型,回归模型显示教师适应性改变对产业结构调整有正向促进作用,其中参加学校针对性培训进修产出弹性最高,其次为参加行业企业项目,最后是自我知识能力更新。
Through the questionnaire survey of 71 vocational schools and 4861 teachers,the results show that vocational school teachers have the attention to the industrial structure,but also have the action in practice,and the latter is more evident. In adapting to the change of industrial structure adjustment,teachers' knowledge and selfrenewal will be the strongest,followed by participating in the training of targeted schools and finally participating in enterprise projects. Through the establishment of the revised human capital model,the regression model shows that teacher adaptability has a positive effect on the adjustment of industrial structure,in which the most flexible elasticity is the participation of the enterprises,and the last is self-knowledge ability update.
