摘要
工业4.0时代,社会对技能人才的职业能力需求将发生重大变化,智能生产的高度数字化、网络化和机器自组织化,要求人才必须具有综合职业能力、多专业融合能力、创新创意能力和终身学习能力。职业教育必须构建适应工业4.0时代发展的学生职业能力培养框架,通过转变育人观念、修订职业标准体系、重构课程体系、改革教学模式和评价方式、创新驱动和激励机制,倡导泛在学习和建立弹性学习制度等来提升各方面能力,以适应时代发展的新要求。
In the Industrial 4.0 age,major changes of demand for professional ability of skilled personnel will occur. The highly digitized production,network and selforganization of intelligent production,requirement comprehensive professional ability,professional integration ability,innovation,creative ability and life-long learning ability Vocational education must construct students' professional ability training framework to adapt to the development of the industrial 4.0 age,through the transformation of education idea,the revised professional standards system,reconstruction of course system,reform of teaching mode and evaluation methods,the innovation of drive and incentive mechanism,advocate in U-learning and establish a flexible learning system,and so on to improve various aspects ability to adapt to the new requirements.
