摘要
高校教师专业化发展成为一种趋势。但当前大学工科教师的专业化发展却存在职前教育不到位、"双专业性"发展不平衡以及职后培训缺乏针对性等问题。为了促进大学工科教师的发展,政府、大学以及大学工科教师必须从专业化的角度出发,采取措施共同推动实现大学工科教师职业的专业化发展。
University teachers' professional development has become a trend. But the professional development of the current engineering university teachers has some problems,such as pre-service education is not suit to the teaching,the"double professiona"development is not balanced and the post training lack pertinence. In order to promote the development of university engineering teachers,government,university and engineering teachers should take measures form the perspective of professionalization jointly.
