摘要
采用溶胶凝胶-添加造孔剂法制备P_2O_5-Fe_2O_3-CaO-SiO_2系多孔微晶玻璃,并将其应用于硝化细菌的固定化.结果表明,利用该方法成功制备的多孔微晶玻璃样品具备较高的气孔率和较低的细胞毒性.在硝化细菌固定化实验中硝化细菌的固定量可达40mg/g,这表明样品具备良好的细菌固定化性能.因此,P_2O_5-Fe_2O_3-CaO-SiO_2多孔微晶玻璃在水处理中有着广泛的应用前景.
P_2O_5-Fe_2O_3-CaO-SiO_2 porous glass ceramics was prepared by sol-gel-addition pore-forming agent method and applied to the immobilization of nitrifying bacteria.The results showed that the porous glass has high porosity and low cytotoxicity.The amount of nitrifying bacteria in the nitrifying bacteria immobilization experiment reached 40mg/g,indicating that the sample had good bacterial immobilization properties.Therefore,P_2O_5-Fe_2O_3-CaO-SiO_2 Porous glass-ceramic has a wide application prospect in water treatment.
