社团参与对大学新生状态无聊感、生命意义感的影响

The Influence of Campus Association Participation on the Boredom and the Sense of Life Meaning of Freshmen at Colleges

采用多维无聊状态量表及生活目的测验量表对福州市部分高校402名大一新生进行调查,了解高校新生的状态无聊感和生命意义感现状,以及社团参与对大学新生状态无聊感、生命意义感的影响,结果显示:新生的状态无聊感水平显著高于整体大学生,男性新生状态无聊感高于女性新生,参加社团新生在注意缺乏、时间知觉、高唤醒、低唤醒四个因子及总体状态无聊感得分上显著低于未参加社团新生;大学新生生命意义感总体均分小于92分,缺乏生活目标和意义;参加社团新生的生活目标因子分显著高于未参加社团新生;参与社团活动的频率和数量对生命意义感、状态无聊感影响差异显著;状态无聊感与生命意义感、生命热忱、自主感因子呈显著正相关,与生活目标因子呈显著负相关;新生参与社团是状态无聊感的显著负相预测源,是生活目标的显著正向预测源,生活目标在参与社团状况与状态无聊之间起部分中介作用.

A questionnaire survey was conducted among 402 freshmen at some universities in Fuzhou by using the Chinese version of the multidimensional state boring scale and the revised Song Qiurong＇s life goal test.The aims were to understand the current level of the college freshmen＇s boredom and meaning of life and the influence of the campus association participation on freshmen＇s boredom and meaning of life,thus to explore the relationship between the meaning of life and the boredom.The results showed that the freshmen＇s boredom level was significantly higher than the overall level of college students,and the male freshmen＇s level is higher than female＇s,and the score of freshmen participated in was significantly lower than those who did not from the perspective of attention lacking,time perception,high arousal,low arousal and the overall boredom state.The overall sense of life meaning was less than 92,which showed they lack goals and life meaning.The score of life goals in those who participated in association was significantly higher than those who did not.There were significant differences in the influence of the frequency and the number on the sense of life meaning and boredom.The boredom state was significantly positively correlated with the sense of life meaning,life enthusiasm and sense of autonomy negatively correlated with life goal factors.The sense of life meaning played a partial mediating role between campus association participation and the boredom state.The results showed that campus association participation could negatively predict state boring significantly,whereas it could positively predict life goals significantly.
