基于网络文本分析的古村落旅游感知形象研究——以福建培田村为例 被引量:12

摘要 以福建培田村为例,运用ROST CM软件对网络游记及点评信息进行分析.通过提取高频词、构建语义网络和运用文本分析法,得出以下结论:培田村旅游感知形象可划分为旅游空间形象、旅游景观形象、地方文化形象和体验认知形象四个维度;培田村旅游感知形象具有整体性和浅层性,呈长尾分布的特点;旅游消极感知因素可归纳为旅游体验、旅游环境、旅游服务和旅游设施四个主类.据此,提出培田村旅游开发和管理建议. Taking Peitian village as a case,the study analyzed the travel notes and reviews of tourists with ROST CM software.By extracting the frequent key words,constructing semantic network and using text analysis method,the analysis showed that:Perception image of Peitian village characterized by totality,superficiality and long-tailed distribution could be divided into four aspects which are spatial image,landscape image,local cultural image and experiential cognitive image.The negative perception factors of the village could be concluded into four aspects,they are experience,surroundings,servicesfacilities.Finally,98 this paper puts forward some relevant advice according to the research.
