摘要
利用计算机数值模拟对A356铝合金摩托车车轮的重力铸造过程进行分析,研究了铸件缺陷的产生原因及模具的气塞对铸件缺陷的影响。结果表明,在合适的位置设置气塞,可以改变铸件凝固顺序,有效减少铸件的缺陷。实际生产验证了模拟结果的准确性。
The gravity casting process of A356 aluminum alloy wheel was analyzed by numerical simulation to understand origination of casting defects and effect of air plug.The results reveal that solidification sequence of casting can be changed and casting defects can be reduced through setting air plug in the rational place.The actual production verified the simulation ones.
