变质处理对ZL205合金高温变形行为的影响

摘要 采用Zr_(55)Cu_(30)Al_(10)Ni_5非晶合金孕育剂对ZL205合金进行了变质处理,研究了未变质和变质ZL205合金在不同温度和应变速率时的高温力学性能,探讨了变质处理对ZL205合金高温变形机制的影响。结果表明,变质ZL205合金的应力和断裂应变都有提高;随着变形温度的升高,ZL205合金的应力敏感性呈现逐渐增加的趋势,且变质ZL205合金的应力敏感性要高于未变质的。ZL205合金的高温变形机制为位错攀移机制;变质ZL205合金在不同的温度和应变速率下的纳米级析出相的数量更多、尺寸更小,分布也更加均匀,且相同变形温度下变质ZL205合金的热变形激活能都要高于未变质的。 Through Zr(55)Cu(30)Al(10)Ni5 amorphous alloy inoculant as modifier of ZL205 alloy,the high temperature mechanical properties of ZL205 alloy at different temperatures and strain rates were analyzed,and effects of modification on the deformation mechanism of ZL205 alloy at high temperature were described.The results reveal that,the engineering stress and fracture strain of the unmodified ZL205 alloy are lower than those of the modified ZL205 alloy.With the increase of the deformation temperature,the stress sensitivity of the ZL205 alloy un-modified and modified is improved gradually,and the stress sensitivity of the modified ZL205 alloy is the higher than that of the unmodified ZL205 alloy.In addition,the high temperature deformation mechanism of the alloy un-modified and modified is characterized by dislocation climbing mechanism.The number of nano precipitated phases in modified ZL205 alloy at different temperature and strain rate is increased with the smaller and more uniform distribution.And at the same deformation temperature,the thermal deformation activation energy of the modified ZL205 alloy is the higher than that of the unmodified ZL205 alloy,so that the modified ZL205 alloy exhibits the better high-temperature strength and plasticity.
