教师反思能力培养的思考

Reflection on the Cultivation of Teachers' Reflective Ability

近年来,众多研究者开始学习国外的"反思型教学"和"反思型教师"等研究,学习反思理念,并要求对教师进行反思能力的培养。我国研究者也从不同角度对反思与反思型教师及反思型教师能力的培养进行了大量的研究,由此可以看出教师反思能力培养的重要性。本文通过整理国内外有关教师反思能力培养的相关文献,着重讨论教师反思能力培养的重要性,探讨影响反思能力的形成的影响因素,最终提出提高反思能力的有效途径。

In recent years, more and more researchers are learning about ＂reflective teaching＂ and ＂reflective teachers＂ abroad, learning reflection idea. They also appeal the cultivation of the reflective ability on teachers. Chinese researchers have also conducted a lot of research on reflection and reflective teachers from different angles. This shows the importance of the cultivation of teachers＇ reflective ability. In this paper, we review the relevant literature on the cultivation of reflective ability of teachers at home and abroad; the importance of teacher＇s reflec6ve ability cultivation is discussed. The factors affecting the formation of the reflective ability, and the strategy for improving reflective capacity are proposed.
