摘要
海南国际旅游岛建设取得了巨大成就,但同时也存在一些问题。新型工业是未来发展的新动能,在坚持环境生态优先前题下,海南要不要发展工业?房地产是海南目前和今后相当长时间的支柱产业,海南如何推动房地产健康发展?新增人口给海南的开发建设注入了新活力,也引发了不少矛盾,海南如何应对新增人口压力?这三个问题相关性极强,海南要更加自觉地融入"创新驱动""一带一路""南海开发"等国家战略,主动适应经济新常态,使国际旅游岛建设迈出更加坚实的步伐。
Hainan international tourism island construction has made great achievements,but there are also many problems. Since new industry is on the basic of environment policy the future development of new kinetic energy,should Hainan develop industry？ As real estate is and will be the current pillar industry for a long time in the future in Hainan,how to promote the healthy development of real estate？ How to deal with the population growth problem caused by development of real estate？ Through analysis of the pros and cons,this paper aims to provide a reference to the construction of international tourism island.
