多层股抗旋转钢丝绳中心以“绳”代股背后的秘密 被引量:2

摘要 多层股抗旋转钢丝绳满足中心股钢丝受到相邻层股钢丝挤压应力最小时,中心股无论结构如何,其捻距倍数不是过大就是过小。PYTHON明示其资料15×6:7×6+7×6-7×6-(1+3×7+3)、17×7:7×7+7×7-7×7-(1+3×7+3)钢丝绳均为2次合绳钢丝绳。当视其为15×6:7×6+7×6-7×6-1×6、17×7:7×7+7×7-7×7-1×7中心1×6股、1×7股被1+3×7+3绳替代所得,2种钢丝绳则同归35(W)×7类。用1+3×7+3绳作为钢丝绳中心,在股、绳捻距倍数均在正常范围且中心结构捻法(向)与内层绳捻法(向)配置合理情况下,可实现替代结构中1×7股外层钢丝受到邻层股钢丝挤压应力最小,用绳代股对组绳钢丝总面积影响不明显,是延长内层股数相对较多的多层股抗旋转钢丝绳中心结构寿命的有效手段。 While multi-layer strand rotation-resistant wire rope meet extrusion stress minimum of central strand steel wire under adjacent layer strand steel wire, no matter the center strand structure, its lay pitch multiple is either too big or too small. PYTHON express its datathat 15 ×6:7 ×6 +7 ×6-7 ×6 (1 +3 ×7 +3) ,17 ×7:7 ×7 +7 ×7 -7 ×7 - (1 +3 × 7 +3)wire ropes are all two times close wire rope. To regard it as 15 ×6:7 ×6 +7 ×6 -7 ×6 -1 ×6, 17 ×7:7 ×7 +7 × 7-7 × 7 -1 × 7 center 1 × 6 strand, 1 × 7 strand is substituted by 1 + 3 x 7 + 3 rope, two wire ropes are classified 35(W) ×7 type. To take 1 +3 ×7 +3 rope as wire rope center, under the condition of strand and rope lay pitch multiple is in normal range and center structure lay direction and inner layer rope lay direction configuration reasonable, the extrusion stress minimum of substitute structure 1 × 7 strand outer layer steel wire under adjacent layer strand steel wire can be real- ized, the influence of substitute rope for strand to rope steel wire total area is not obvious, it is an effective method to pro- long service life of inner layer strand more muhi-layer strand rotation-resistant wire rope center structure.
