钢丝绳与制绳钢丝时效性能研究

摘要 为了系统研究钢丝绳时效后破断拉力下降的原因,通过静态拉伸试验测试钢丝绳自然时效以及人工时效下的破断力,并利用拉伸、扭转、反复弯曲试验分析制绳钢丝以及拆股钢丝时效前后性能变化规律。结果表明:钢丝绳在12周时效后破断拉力出现大幅下降,制绳钢丝以及拆股钢丝反复弯曲性能也出现大幅下降。时效后制绳钢丝脆性倾向增加使得钢丝存在局部应力集中时发生过早断裂,导致钢丝绳破断拉力下降。 In order to systematically study the reasons of wire rope breaking force decreased after ageing, by static tensile test under natural aging and artificial aging test wire rope breaking force, and make use of tensile, torsion, repeated bending test to analyze performance change rule of steel wire for rope and steel wire of dismantle strand before and after aging. The results show that the fracture tension of the steel wire rope has decreased sharply after 12 weeks of aging, and the re- peated bending performance of the wire for rope and the dismantle strand steel wire has declined sharply. The increase of brittle tendency of aging steel wire for rope has resulted in the premature fracture of the steel wire in the presence of local stress concentration, resulting in the decrease of the breaking tension of the wire rope.
